I had so much fun at the World Market Montgomeryville grand opening last week! It was a great night filled with lots of shopping, meeting other bloggers who I have been reading for years, and discovering the new store.
Some of the other bloggers in attendance: Beth (Home Stories A to Z), Monica (East Coast Creative), Kelly (Eclectically Vintage), Julia (Cuckoo 4 Design), Kathleen (Grosgrain)
I also got to hang out with Lauren (Heart of Deborah), Becca (My Girlish Whims) and Chaney (May Richer Fuller Be). I always get nervous before these events, but it was super relaxed and fun. I’ve been shopping at World Market for a good year now, but could only do it online. It was so fun to actually be able to shop in the store!
I just LOVE all of their knobs – it took a lot of willpower to not buy at least 10 different kinds of them while I was at the grand opening:
If I had room for this desk, it would have come home with me. I seriously love the x-detail and the color:
And this little one was SO cute – I actually asked for it, but they didn’t have any left at the store. Bummer!
But I love what I ended up buying:
I bought the Madera console table:
I really love the baskets under the table too – they look beautiful outside of there as well – like in our office:
We don’t have any overhead lighting in this room, so I knew I wanted something bright and higher up on the wall. I picked the bronze twisted wire pendant lamp:
I can’t decide – I think I’m going to try to use an Edison bulb in it, but it’s lower wattage. Any suggestions?
And I’m not so secretly obsessed with this mirror. I LOVE it so incredibly much!
Now that World Market is only about 20 minutes away, I’ll be there so often. I am so excited to finally have one within driving distance!
Huge thanks to World Market for sponsoring this post. As always, all opinions are 100% my own – full disclosure here.
